Beyonce to Sing at Obama's Inauguration

Beyonce seems to be beyond celebrity status and nor ranks as a global icon of entertainment. Her talent is undienable and she is being recognized for it as she has been chosen to sign the National Anthem at Obama's second inauguration. Beyonce will perform the National Anthem at President Barack Obama's second inauguration later this month, a major honor for the singer who four years ago crooned Etta James' "At Last" at one of the Inaugural Balls.

Joining the "Single Ladies" star outside the Capital building on Monday, January 21 will be pop-rock queen Kelly Clarkson, who will perform "My Country 'Tis of Thee," and singer-songwriter James Taylor, who'll fill the National Mall with "America the Beautiful," the Presidential Inaugural Committee told People.
